AdonaiSignature.com is determined to provide the most accurate pricing and stock information on the website to customers at every point in time. However, errors may still occur. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect stock position due to price and stock update not displaying correctly, AdonaiSignature.com will consult with the customer and explain the situation. If customer is willing to place a fresh order with the updated product information or select another product of as substitute, the customer cancels the initial order and places a fresh order for the substitute product or the updated product. However, where we are unable to reach the customer, or customer is not willing to replace the product, AdonaiSignature.com reserves the right to cancel the order placed and a refund in the same amount paid for the product shall be immediately processed for the customer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship products to customers within Nigeria only. Adonaisignature.com uses third party shipping service and makes every effort to deliver products within the estimated timelines stated below. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where we are unable to reach a customer to confirm an order or obtain additional information that may be required in shipping the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed. Where payment is not confirmed after 24 hours of holding, order is cancelled and the products returned to stock. Where payment is received same day order is made, order will be shipped within 24 hours except on weekends. Orders placed during weekends are shipped on Mondays.
We encourage customers to be personally available to receive orders for successful and seamless delivery. Where customer is not available to receive order after multiple delivery attempts, order will be returned to us and shipping fee will not be refundable.
We aim to get your order delivered to you in the best condition, and we really trust you will be more than pleased with your purchase. We encourage customers to read the product descriptions, fabric composition and size chart to ensure customer has a good idea of what the product is like.
Where and if there is need to return an item, please contact us by email stating the reason for the return and attach the receipt and delivery note. Approved return will be picked up by our delivery partner. No returns shall be accepted without pre-authorization. Any item not notified for return before the 3-days return policy expires will be deemed as kept and will not be eligible for return or refund.
All returned items must be completely new, unworn, undamaged and with all its original packaging intact, for it to be eligible for refund by voucher codes. Once any return item is received, we will carefully inspect the returns. Any items that are returned in poor condition, damaged or that do not meet the return guidelines will be rejected and returned to the customer.
However, where the return is as a result of wrong size selection or change of mind by the customer, we kindly ask you to pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
AdonaiSignature.com reserves the right to cancel future orders from customers observed to have a high history of failed delivery and returns. Such customer creates the impression of an unserious buyer.
All merchandise must meet the following guidelines or it may not be accepted for a return.
- Full price items can be returned. Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Return is valid up to 3 days from the delivery date signed on your invoice.
- All merchandise must be unworn. Any product returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will nullify your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
- Your return should contain the undamaged box and original packaging plus every accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment
- Your return should be well packaged to protect against damage from shipping. Shoes returned with stickers on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to the external packaging material and not on the product or its packaging.
When you place an order on AdonaiSignature.com, you are required to provide accurate and complete name, contact phone number and clear delivery address. Method of payment is by Bank Transfer. Order is shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. Order is cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed within 24 hours and items are returned to stock.
Payment on Delivery POD is possible depending on the order and in some locations only.
Our Website accepts the use of voucher codes for orders placed online, which entitles you at the time of ordering a product to some savings on the order being placed. Vouchers may also be issued to customers in exchange for advance payments made to us for products intended to be purchased on our website.
If you wish to exchange a product for another product, you may do so within 3 days of delivery as long as the product has not been tampered with or damaged in any way. You will incur the cost of shipping the product back to us as well as the cost of shipping the new product back to you. If the new product (plus shipping cost to you) costs more than the original product you ordered, you will be required to pay the difference via our available payment options. If the new product (plus additional shipping cost to you) costs less than the original product, we will refund the difference to you.
Once your package arrives at the Returns department it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return guidelines. If it meets the return guidelines, your refund will be processed within 2 business days by means of voucher codes. You will be notified via your registered email with us once your refund voucher code is ready which can be used to purchase any other product on the website.
Promotional items are heavily discounted products. They are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
